For women who want more from midlife

It’s not the end—it’s your starting line

This is Your Time Now

You’ve been juggling a million things—work, family, never-ending to-do lists—putting others first and putting your needs last.

You’ve thrown yourself so brilliantly into your motherhood role that you’ve forgotten the woman you used to be—Remember the one who felt strong, confident, and capable of anything?—Yes, it feels like a distant memory, doesn’t it?

Now is the time to do something for yourself.

You need to rekindle your spark

The kids no longer need you like they used to. They’ve gone from needing you to making you feel invisible.

It’s your motherhood role which defined you, so now you’ve lost your reason for being…….and so it begins….the empty nest.

Empty Nest Transformation

You know you need to do something to lift your spirits but you’re not sure what it is.

You've thought about doing something big—10K, half marathon, triathlon—but then the doubts show up like clockwork:

  • I don’t have time.

  • I’m not fit enough.

  • What if I fail?

  • What if people judge me?

  • People like me don’t do stuff like that, do they?

From Casual Athlete to Half Ironman

I'm Libby, and at 51 I was exactly where you might be now. School worker, devoted mum, feeling invisible in my own life. I was a casual swimmer and someone who used to love running, with a bike gathering dust in the garage.

Triathlon clubs? Absolutely terrifying. All those serious athletes in their fancy gear, talking about split times and nutrition strategies. That wasn't me. That could never be me.

Except... it was.

From that humble beginning—a casual athlete who'd not put all three sports together since that disasterous attempt at a sprint triathlon, 10 years before—the unlikely triathlete was launched. And if I could make that leap from weekend warrior to Half Ironman finisher, then so can you.

Stronger Every Mile is the story of how I went from feeling disillusioned with life to crossing finish lines I never imagined possible. It's not about becoming an elite athlete—it's about rediscovering yourself.
